Common Uses
Kombu is mildly salty and has a subtle sweetness. It is most commonly used in dashi and it can also be simmered in broths, soups, stews, casseroles, and bean or rice dishes.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dark pantry and kelp powder should stay good for up to 2 years.
